Main objective:
to promote capacity and system of nursing leadership and management in health care transition through collaboration of HEI’s and health care facilities.
Aims
The goal is to promote the capacity and system of nursing leadership and management during health services’ transition through collaboration of HEI’s and health care facilities in order to promote the efficiency and quality of health care.
The work package aims to build the capacity of nurse leaders’ leadership and management competences, train the change agents to the health care organizations, and develop leadership training materials and leadership tools.
